Over the years I have always thought food needs to be shared! That’s why at Melville we promote small plates, which is the best way to try everything. I have been in the kitchen for over 10 years, always within independent restaurants, I’ve learned that seasonality and local produce are the heart of great cooking. For me, Italian cuisine is my favourite to cook from handmade tortellini to classic tiramisu – I love how it brings people together around the table.
That’s exactly the spirit I want to create here at Melville & Sons.
